Baby Potato Skewers

Pre-cook potatoes up to an hour or two in advance. Cut in half, Season, toss in melted butter and skewer. Cover and keep at room temperature until ready to grill.
Baby Potato Skewers

You Will Need:

  • 6 x 25 cm long kebab sticks
  • 400 g unpeeled baby potatoes
  • 3 T (45 ml) melted butter
  • Ina Paarman’s Potato Spice
  • 6 x 25 cm long kebab sticks
  • 400 g unpeeled baby potatoes
  • 3 T (45 ml) melted butter
  • Ina Paarman’s Potato Spice

Method:

Soak the kebab sticks in water.

Cook potatoes in boiling water until just tender, 10 - 13 minutes.

Cut in half and toss with melted butter and Potato Spice.

Thread potato halves on to skewers with the flat side of the potatoes facing upwards.

Grill according to instructions below.

Serve hot.

Cooking Outdoors

Grill over medium coals, turning regularly, until lightly charred, ± 10 minutes.

Cooking Indoors

Preheat griddle pan. Grill, turning regularly, until lightly charred, ± 10 minutes.
