Bacon Stuffing Balls
As an accompaniment to any roast or even as a main course on weeknights, we serve these tasty and tender sage and onion frikkadels.

Method:
Empty the Stuffing Mix into a medium bowl.
Add the butter, boiling water, and Tomato Pesto.
Stir and leave it to stand for 5 minutes.
Give the mix another good stir, and add the beaten egg and pork sausage meat.
Roll a heaped tablespoon of stuffing into a ball and wrap it in a length of stretched bacon.
Place the balls on a well-oiled baking sheet until needed.
Cover and refrigerate.
Adjust the oven rack to the middle position and preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
