You Will Need:

  • 2 - 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 T (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T (30 ml) desiccated coconut

Method:

Toss the banana slices first with lemon juice and then with coconut.

Prepare no more than two hours before serving.
