Best Greek Salad

A true Greek salad (horiatiki) is made without regular salad leaves: only tomato, red onion, cucumber, kalamata olives, feta and dried origanum. Follow our recipe to make this global favourite, the traditional way, drizzled with our Greek Dressing.

You Will Need:

  • 400 g baby tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ English cucumber, chopped (remove seeds if you want to)
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • ½ cup (125 g) kalamata olives
  • 200 g firm feta cheese
  • 1-2 teaspoons(5 - 10 ml) dried origanum
