Bulk Hot Chocolate Mix

This hot chocolate pre-mix will earn you plenty of brownie points. It keeps for weeks and brings a smile to everyone's lips on a cold, winter's evening!

You Will Need:

Pre-mix
  • 3 cups (750 ml) skimmed milk powder
  • 1 x 250 g Ina Paarman’s Chocolate Icing Kit
  • 1½ cups (375 ml) cocoa powder
  • ½ t (2,5 ml) salt
  • 2 x 90 g Cadbury's Bourneville dark chocolate
To make chocolate drink:
  • 1 cup boiling hot milk or half milk and half water
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) chocolate mix

Method:

Combine all the pre-mix ingredients in large bowl.

Working in two batches, pulse ingredients in food processor until chocolate is finely chopped.

Store in airtight container for up to 3 months.

Stir ¼ cup or 4 T of this mix into 1 cup of hot milk.

Top with mini marshmallows for an extra special treat.
