Tempt your guests with these delightful appetisers.
Canapé Platter

You Will Need:

Prosciutto Wrapped Spanspek
  • 6 – 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 125 g brie sliced thinly lengthways 
  • 1 yellow spanspek, peeled and cut into 12 – 14 wedge slices
Camembert Double Decker
  • 250 g round camembert 
  • 6 preserved green figs, quartered into wedges
  • 12 walnut halves

Method:

Prosciutto Wrapped Spanspek

Cut the prosciutto slices lengthways into half strips. 

Roll around brie and spanspek.

Secure with a toothpick. 



Camembert Double Decker

Halve the cheese across to make two layers. 

Top bottom half with half of the fig wedges. 

Drizzle with fig syrup.

Reserve the best walnuts for the top, chop the rest roughly and sprinkle over figs. 

Place top half of brie over filling. 

Decorate top with remaining fig wedges and walnut halves.

Serve with savoury biscuits or crackers.
