Cauliflower and Cabbage Cheese Parcel

You Will Need:

Main Dish
  • 1 medium size cabbage (select a spitzkoppe if you have a choice)
  • olive oil
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • Ina Paarman’s Seasoned Sea Salt
  • 1 x 200 ml Ina Paarman’s Ready To Serve Cheese Sauce
  • ½ cup (125 ml) grated cheese
  • heavy duty foil
Main Dish
  • 1 medium size cabbage (select a spitzkoppe if you have a choice)
  • olive oil
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • Ina Paarman’s Seasoned Sea Salt
  • 1 x 200 ml Ina Paarman’s Ready To Serve Cheese Sauce
  • ½ cup (125 ml) grated cheese
  • heavy duty foil

Method:

Slice the cabbage into quarter wedges and arrange on foil that has been lightly oiled (see picture).

Place the whole cauliflower in the middle of the cabbage wedges.

Sprinkle the vegetables with a little water and season lightly with Seasoned Sea Salt. Wrap in foil.

Place on the grid or directly on a bed of medium to low heat coals and cook for 20 - 25 minutes. Open the parcel.

Test for doneness. Coat with Cheese Sauce and sprinkle over grated cheese. Serve warm.
