Cheesy Crouton Toasts

Always a great way to extend a soup meal.
Cheesy Crouton Toasts

You Will Need:

  • 12 slices of French Bread
  • olive oil
  • Ina Paarman’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • 1 cup (250 ml) grated cheese (Cheddar or a mixture of Cheddar and Emmenthaler)

Method:

Brush the bread lightly with oil on one side and season lightly with Garlic & Herb Seasoning.

Toast in the oven for 6 - 7 minutes at 200 °C. Top with cheese, and bake a further 6 - 8 minutes or until golden brown on the edges Remove and serve.
