Cheesy Polenta

A soft cheesy savory polenta. Very good served with the Beef Ragu with Tomato.

You Will Need:

Method:

Bring the water and Beef Stock Powder to the boil in a medium size saucepan.

Add the polenta in a thin stream and whisk continuously till cooked, ± 10 - 15minutes.

Add the hard cheese and butter, and whisk until melted.

Serve hot.
