Coronation Chicken Sandwiches
An all time traditional favourite made with our new Cape Malay Curry Sauce.- Serves: 6

You Will Need:
Method:
Cut up the cooked chicken breasts and place in a food processor together with Chicken Flavour Stock Powder .
Pulse 10 times.
Add Cape Malay Curry Sauce.
Pulse until quite smooth.
Butter the bread. Spread 4 slices with a generous layer of coronation chicken filling.
Close sandwiches, cut off crusts and cut ¼ into as illustrated.
