You Will Need:

Method:

Mix the Flavour Bomb sachets with 2 T (30 ml) oil.

Add the cream and stir to combine.

Heat 1 T (15 ml) oil in a frying pan over moderate heat.

Fry the unseasoned fish portions on both sides until almost done.

Add the Flavour Bomb mixture and coat the fish.

Bring them to a gentle simmer for ± 1 minute, then remove from the heat.

Serve with potato wedges and a crisp salad.
