You Will Need:

  • 2 T (30 ml) olive or canola oil
  • 2 T (30 ml) butter
  • 3 slices white bread or ¼ French loaf, cubed
  • 1 t (5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning

Method:

Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan.

Add the cubed bread and Garlic & Herb Seasoning.

Stir-fry until golden brown.

Serve on the side with soup.

Garnish soup with a swirl of olive oil.
