Fresh & Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza
Making pizza at home using store-bought bases and a ready-to-use base sauce is quick and easy. Our Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto makes an excellent base sauce. Add your favourite toppings, and supper is served in a flash.

Method:
Place a pizza stone in the bottom of the oven.
Preheat the oven to 220 °C for at least 20 minutes.
Arrange the pizza bases on a work surface, then spread them generously with the Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto.
Top them with sliced fior di latte or grated Mozzarella, and add sliced tomato.
Season the tomato with Green Onion Seasoning.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the pizzas from the oven.
Top them with a few rocket leaves.
Slice and serve hot.
