Fresh Vegetable Juices

You Will Need:

Green Juice
  • 1 small English cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 2 celery stalks and leaves, cut up
  • 1 ripe pear or apple, unpeeled and cut up
  • ½ lemon with peel, cut up
  • 3 cm fresh ginger, sliced with skin on
  • ice cubes (optional)
Pineapple Juice
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cut up
  • 1 carrot, unpeeled and cut up
  • 3 cm fresh ginger, sliced with skin on
  • ice cubes (optional)
Red Juice
  • 3 medium beetroot, cut up with peel
  • ½ lemon cut up with peel
  • 3 cm fresh ginger, sliced with skin on
  • ice cubes (optional)
Green Juice
  • 1 small English cucumber, cut into chunks

Red Juice

Pineapple Juice
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cut up
  • 1 carrot, unpeeled and cut up
  • 3 cm fresh ginger, sliced with skin on
  • ice cubes (optional)

Ina’s Tip

The juices will keep in the fridge for a day. Stir before serving. They all freeze very successfully.

Method:

Feed all the vegetables and fruits into a juicer. Or process until very fine in a Nutribullet.
