A sprinkle of gremolata adds magic. Improves just about any hearty dish, from soup to potjies, bredies and oven bakes.

You Will Need:

  • grated rind of one lemon
  • ½ cup (125 ml) finely chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or crushed

Method:

Mix all the gremolata ingredients together.

Reserve.

Sprinkle over just before serving.
