Green Onion Seasoning, Beef Bolognaise or Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
You Will Need:
Method:
Adjust oven rack to the middle position and preheat oven to 180 °C.
Butter 5 individual oven proof dishes.
Cook the macaroni according to pack instructions. Drain off the water in a colander. Reserve ¼ cup (60 ml) of the pasta water.
Pour cooked macaroni back into the pot, add olive oil and Seasoning and stir.
Add the Pasta Sauce and stir through. Add the reserved pasta water to the jar, shake to remove every bit of sauce and add to the pasta. Stir to mix.
Divide the pasta between the buttered dishes. Top each with a little grated cheese.
Place dishes first onto a baking tray and then directly into the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes until beginning to brown.
Serve with a salad and fresh bread.
