Method:
Adjust the oven rack to the middle position.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Oil a medium size oven proof dish.
Measure the flour and Chicken Spice into a medium size plastic bag.
Add the drumsticks and shake to coat with the flour mixture.
Mix together the Butter Chicken Sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce and water.
Coat the bottom of the dish with a thin layer of the sauce.
Place the drumsticks, best side up, into the ovenproof dish.
Spoon remaining sauce over the drumsticks.
Bake best side up, uncovered for 30 - 35 minutes.
Serve with a green salad and nice crusty bread to mop up the delicious juices.
