Mango Salad

Mangoes are one of South Africa's most outstanding and popular fruits. From February to March we often eat them twice a day, for breakfast and as a salad with lunch or supper.

You Will Need:

Method:

Peel and cube the mangoes.

Slice the seeded chillies very finely.

Season mangoes lightly with Vegetable Spice. Toss everything together, with Dressing.

Garnish with fresh coriander if available.
