An easy vegetable medley of green vegetables.
Medley of Green Beans and Baby Peas

You Will Need:

  • 200 g green beans, use young ones, remove stalk ends
  • 2 T (30 ml) olive oil
  • Ina Paarman’s Vegetable Spice
  • ½ cup (125 ml) water
  • 2 cups (500 ml) frozen petit pois (baby peas)

Method:

Lightly toss the beans with olive oil, water and Vegetable Spice. Cover with a lid and cook for 6 - 8 minutes.

Add peas, while stir-frying vegetables in oil remaining after water has evaporated, it will take ± 3 minutes.
