
Morogo (Stewed Greens)

You Will Need:

Any green leaves can be used, e.g. beetroot / carrot tops, nettles, etc.
Method:
In a medium-large saucepan, heat the oil.
Gently sweat the onion for about 10 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and continue to sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add the chopped kale, spinach, and water.
Stir, cover with a lid, and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
Season with Chilli & Garlic Seasoning and the Chicken Stock Powder.
Cook without a lid for another 5 minutes or until the moisture has reduced.
