Method:
Season the cucumber with Vegetable Spice and drain in a colander for ± 30 minutes.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add the yoghurt, herbs, garlic and olive oil.
Stir to combine, taste, and adjust seasoning as needed.
Chill until serving.
