You Will Need:

Smoothie
  • 1 cup (250 ml) fresh orange juice
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cut up
  • 1 cup (250 ml) full cream plain yoghurt
Garnish
  • ½ pineapple, unpeeled and cut into half rounds
  • mint

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a Nutri Bullet or liquidiser and process until smooth.

Refrigerate to chill.

Serve in small glasses.

 

To Garnish

Skewer two half slices of pineapple onto a sosatie stick and add a sprig of mint.
