Pork Neck Steaks

Pork neck is a very tasty and tender cut. Quick, easy and economical to prepare a superb 3-ingredient recipe.

Method:

Mix the Flavour Bomb sachets with 3 T (45 ml) oil.

Heat a large griddle pan over a high heat.

Fry the unseasoned pork steaks on one side without turning for about 3 minutes, then turn them over and griddle until they're brown on the other side.

Brush the Flavour Bomb mixture over all the steaks and turn them over after about 2 minutes to coat well.

Remove them from the pan and pour over the residual pan juices.

Serve with boiled baby potatoes and a salad.
