Potato, Cauliflower & Bean Curry

A mildly spiced vegetable curry in an aromatic sauce.

Method:

Season the cubed potatoes with the Masala Spice.

In a saucepan, heat the oil to smoking point, add the potatoes, and fry until light brown and semi-cooked.

Add the green beans and fry for another two minutes.

Add the cream or coconut milk, water, and Cape Malay Curry Sauce.

Bring to a simmer.

Add the cauliflower florets and stir through.

Cover with a lid and simmer until the cauliflower is tender.

Serve with roti and Cucumber Raita.
