Pull Apart Cheese and Tomato Bread
A clever idea to transfer a braai bread into something special that is easy to pull apart.- Serves: 4-6

Cut bread into slices ¾ the way through.
Pull the slices apart slightly and insert slices of cheese.
Mash the butter soft.
Smear into the slices and all over the bread.
Insert a Sun-dried Tomato half here and there.
Now cut the bread again (not right through) across the original slices to form a block pattern
Wrap in foil.
Bake on the braai or in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Easy for people to pull apart when serving.
