Salami and Melon Platter

You Will Need:

  • ¼ ripe melon
  • 50 g salami, sliced

Method:

Pip and thinly slice melon into halfmoon slices, keeping the skin on.

Arrange with salami (see pic) and serve with chilled Prosecco or white wine.
