Salmon Ceviche

Sea fresh raw salmon, lightly seasoned, is one of life’s pleasures and definitely cheaper to make at home.

You Will Need:

Main Dish
  • 150 g VERY FRESH Norwegian salmon or salmon trout, skinned, pin-boned and finely chopped with a cook's knife
  • ¼ small red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ ripe red tomato, skinned and chopped
  • ½ t (2,5 ml) fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1 t (5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning
  • 2 t (10 ml) fresh coriander, leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 T (30 ml) Ina Paarman’s Reduced Oil Lime & Coriander Dressing

Method:

Lightly combine the chopped salmon, onions, tomato, ginger and Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Gently toss with the chopped coriander and drizzle with Dressing for serving.
