Sautéed Cajun Potatoes

Inspired by Spanish Patatas Bravas, these flavourful spicy potatoes will make you come back for more!

You Will Need:

  • 4 T (60 ml) oil
  • 500 g (4 - 5 medium) potatoes, scrubbed not peeled
  • 2 x sachets Ina Paarman’s Spicy Cajun Flavour Bomb
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 wheel (60 g) feta cheese, crumbled
  • handful Italian parsley, finely chopped (optional)
  • 4 T (60 ml) oil
  • 500 g (4 - 5 medium) potatoes, scrubbed not peeled
  • 2 x sachets Ina Paarman’s Spicy Cajun Flavour Bomb
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 wheel (60 g) feta cheese, crumbled
  • handful Italian parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Method:

Cut the potatoes into 2 x 2 cm cubes.

In a large heavy-based, wide frying pan, heat the oil and fry the potatoes over moderately high heat until browned and almost fully cooked (about 10 minutes). Stir often.

Add the yellow pepper and cook for another 4 minutes.

Add the Flavour Bomb sachets and stir to coat.

Cook for another minute.

Move the potatoes from the pan to a serving plate, and top with crumbled feta and chopped parsley.
