Seasonal Fruits Served with Mint and Honey Flavoured Yoghurt

A fresh and healthy option. Fruit served with minted yoghurt sweetened with honey.

You Will Need:

Fruit
  • 1 pinapple, cut into triangles
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 papino, sliced
  • 1 small punnet strawberries, quatered
  • 1 t (5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Lemon & Rosemary Seasoning
  • 1 lemon, sliced
Mint and Honey Flavoured Yoghurt Side
  • 1 cup (250 ml) double cream yoghurt
  • 2 T (30 ml) honey
  • 1 T (15 ml) chopped mint
  • extra honey to drizzle

Mint and Honey Flavoured Yoghurt Side
  • 1 cup (250 ml) double cream yoghurt
  • 2 T (30 ml) honey
  • 1 T (15 ml) chopped mint
  • extra honey to drizzle

Method:

Prepare fruits. Cut and arrange on a platter or board.

Mix the yoghurt with honey and mint, serve in a dipping bowl. Serve extra honey on the side.
