Soak 1 cup wood chips or splinters in enough water to cover for 30 minutes before braaiing.
Put all the prepared vegetables into a big mixing bowl.
Season with Green Onion Seasoning and toss with olive oil.
Clamp in a grid.
Sprinkle the soaked wood chips over the hot coals just before cooking.
Braai over the smoking coals until nearly done, open the grid, and drizzle with Greek Dressing.
Turn vegetables and drizzle the other side with dressing.
Continue braaiing until done to your taste.
