Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add in the sliced smoked sausage. Cook until the sausage is browned well. Add in the mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are cooked through. Add in salt, Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning, Garlic Pepper Seasoning and brown sugar. Give it a stir. Then add in the Tomato & Mushroom Pasta Sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Bring to a simmer. Chop in the fresh parsley and add in 1 the dried parsley. Toss in boiled pasta. Taste and adjust seasoning if required. Top with shavings of white cheese and serve hot.

I remember my mum making us spaghetti in chutney with viennas chopped in. She'd top it with loads of cheese and it we'd eat it with mayo. It was so good!
