Speedy Red Lentil Broth

You Will Need:

Garnish
  • curry powder and fresh curry or coriander leaves

Method:

Bring the water to the boil with the Liquid Stock and lentils. Simmer for 15 minutes until lentils are just soft.

Season with Masala Spice.

Dish up in tiny cups or bowls dusted with curry powder, add curry leaves or fresh coriander.

Variation

Replace Masala Spice with 1 t (5 ml) Chilli & Garlic Seasoning.
