Stewed Quince with Yoghurt and Papino

A real treat! The quinces combine perfectly with the papinos. If not available, replace quinces with figs or stewed guavas.
Stewed Quince with Yoghurt and Papino

You Will Need:

  • 4 stewed quince halves
  • 1 - 2 papinos peeled and pipped or fresh figs (in season)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) double cream plain yoghurt
  • 4 t (20 ml) soft brown sugar

Method:

Cube the quince and papino.

Dish into glasses.

Add yoghurt.

Top with brown sugar.
