Strawberry Smoothie

A great post recovery shake. Add 2 t (30 ml) flaked almonds if you like.
Strawberry Smoothie

You Will Need:

Utensils:
  • chopping board
  • small sharp knife
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • blender
Smoothie:
  • 400 g strawberries - rinsed, green stems removed
  • 2 oranges, squeezed
  • 1 apple, peeled and cored and cut up or 1 banana
  • 4 T (60 ml) Ina Paarman's Lemon Flavour Cheesecake Mix
  • 1 cup (250 ml) plain double cream yoghurt
  • 1 cup (250 ml full cream milk
  • 3 T (45 ml) oats
  • ½ cup (125 ml) ice cubes

Method:

Blend everything together until smooth.

Serve.
