Scoop sweet potato out of the skins, season, and mash with butter. Reheat in microwave before serving.
Method:
Place the sweet potatoes in a microwave proof dish, add the water and cover with the lid.
Microwave for ± 10 - 15 minutes on high until potatoes are fork tender.
Cut lengthways into halves or quarters, season with Vegetable Spice.
