Tomato and Mint Sambal

Quick, easy and ideal to serve with any of our great curries.
Tomato and Mint Sambal

You Will Need:

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 4 spring onions, finely sliced with green tops
  • ½ cup (125 ml) mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 t (5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Green Onion Seasoning

Method:

Toss all the ingredients together in a small bowl.

Serve on the side as a sambal with any curry dish.
