Tzatziki with Herbs

A healthy fresh herby cucumber and yoghurt spread that can be used as a dip or sambal.

You Will Need:

  • ½ English cucumber
  • 2 t (10 ml) Ina Paarman’s Chilli & Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 cup (250 ml) double cream plain yoghurt
  • 1 T (15 ml) fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 T (15 ml) fresh mint chopped
  • 1 T (15 ml) fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ English cucumber
  • 2 t (10 ml) Ina Paarman’s Chilli & Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 cup (250 ml) double cream plain yoghurt
  • 1 T (15 ml) fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 T (15 ml) fresh mint chopped
  • 1 T (15 ml) fresh parsley chopped

Method:

Grate the cucumber, sprinkle with Chilli & Garlic Seasoning and transfer to a sieve over a bowl to drain for 30 minutes.

Discard the liquid that drained out of the cucumber.

Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Serve cold.
