Try this novel way of cutting up a watermelon. I just love it, much easier to eat.

You Will Need:

Main Dish
  • ½ a small seedless watermelon, cut as illustrated
  • 2 wheels feta cheese, cut into batons
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) pipped black olives

Ina’s Tip

Use the smooth side of a meat mallet and a large cook's knife to portion the watermelon.

Method:

Prepare the watermelon, as shown in pic, and plate.

Add the feta and olives on the side as an additional extra.
