Slow-cooked, free-range beef and chicken stocks are infused with a myriad of health benefits, one major advantage being the natural collagen content.

The bases of both our Beef & Lentil and Country Chicken Soups are a good helping of vegetables. This makes them deeply nourishing, satisfying, and full of flavour – perfect for easing those colds, flu, and winter chills.

Tip: Stretch your favourite among Ina Paarman’s Soups to feed four by adding some of our Liquid Beef or Chicken Stock. You can even drop some dumplings in it for extra body. Jewish penicillin, anyone?

The King of Versatile Soups

Our Farmstyle Tomato Soup is made with local, sun-ripened tomatoes from the Paarl Valley, chosen for their rich and intense tomato flavour. We added a touch of herbs and a hint of cream; it’s great as a soup, but can also be so much more.

Why not use this soup as an ingredient? Think roast vegetables mixed with Farmstyle Tomato Soup, topped with our Basil Pesto and lashings of grated cheese. Pop it into a hot oven or air fryer and bake until the cheese is melted and forms a golden crust.

Spice it up with some chilli, capers, and olives to make a delectable pasta sauce. Or brown some lamb knuckles and onions, add the Farmstyle Tomato Soup and our Chicken Flavour Stock Powder, then slow cook in the oven or on top of the stove for a delectable tomato ragout.

Silky-smooth and creamy, this luxurious mushroom soup is fantastic on its own, but will impress guests when you add some pan-fried mushrooms and a touch of truffle oil – a restaurant-quality starter.

 

Ina Paarman’s Soups: Your Shelf-Stable Cupboard Staples

You would expect Ina Paarman’s Soups, so fresh and nutritious, to only be found in the fridge aisle of your favourite store. However, our unique factory process enables us to extend their shelf life to eighteen months. So, don’t expect these soups in the refrigeration aisle, and do look for them in the preserved goods aisle, where they stand proud and can be stored in your grocery cupboard at home instead of cluttering up your fridge.
