Creamy Caesar Dressing

Invented by Caesar Cardini, and still one of the Best Salad dressings of all time. Think Parmesan, Lemon Juice, Extra Virgin Olive oil, mustard and a hint of Garlic.

Break up some Crisp Lettuce leaves and toss with the Creamy Caesar dressing add some Croutons, grilled Chicken breast and some more Parmesan shavings if You like. Equally good mixed into a Potato salad or Egg Mayo.
