Slow-roasted portobellini and white gable mushrooms, garlic, cracked black pepper, and a hint of thyme all come together in a rich, creamy sauce.
Add to pan-fried mushrooms and enjoy on toasted ciabatta with a grating of parmesan cheese. Great with tagliatelle or used as a base for vegetable lasagne.
