Tomato, Olive & Chilli Pasta Sauce
A classic Italian puttanesca-style pasta sauce with sun-ripened tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and a handful of fresh chillis to give it some kick.
It’s best served on your favourite bed of pasta, but equally good with grilled prawns and calamari tossed in the sauce and mopped up with crusty ciabatta. This sauce is also delightful with chicken or fish oven-bakes.
