Charred Baby Cabbage Salad

I invited a group of family and friends to dinner and served this dish as part of the menu. Much to my surprise the men loved it.

You Will Need:

Method:

You need a fairly hot fire and a cast iron griddle pan for this. Cut each little cabbage into 8 even sized wedges.

Season them with Vegetable Spice and brush with olive oil.

Warm a smooth cast iron griddle pan on the braai or stove top.

Place the cabbage wedges on the griddle pan. Cook until charred all round.

Once well charred, coat with Dressing and spoon onto a serving plate.
