You Will Need:
Method:
Adjust the oven rack to the middle position and pre-heat the oven to 180 °C.
Parboil the potatoes (skin on) for about 15 - 20 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and pull off the skins.
Slice the potatoes when touch temperature and layer them in a large baking dish.
Season the layers with Potato Spice as you go.
In a small saucepan, heat the Butter Chicken Sauce and fresh cream to just below boiling point.
Pour over the seasoned potato slices to cover them all.
Bake open for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
