Meaty Dipsticks

A new way with mince? Try this flattened mince bake, cut into fingers. Serve with the dip.

You Will Need:

Method:

Mince:

Adjust the oven rack to the middle position and preheat the oven to 200 °C.

In a medium mixing bowl, decant the beef mince, grated potato, and onion.

Add the Garlic Pepper Seasoning and Beef Stock Powder.

Knead well by hand, then press evenly into a swiss roll pan lined with baking paper (roughly 23 - 32 cm).

Brush with the Marinade.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Leave to cool before cutting into fingers.

Pepper Dip:

In a medium / small mixing bowl, stir all the ingredients together.

 

Serve with the Pepper Dip, or optionally as a bread roll/wrap filling with tomatoes and lettuce drizzled with the dip.
