Peppered Mushrooms on Toast

This recipe really makes the most of mushrooms. The light pepper flavour of the bomb compliments them perfectly.

You Will Need:

Method:

Add oil or butter to the pan.

Stir-fry the mushrooms until light brown.

Add the Flavour Bomb and cook briefly (± 20 seconds).

Add the cream and cook briefly whilst stirring.

Serve on toast, mash, or braaipap.
