You Will Need:

Method:

Add the ostrich cubes to a mixing bowl.

Add the olive oil and season.

Stir to coat on all sides.

Cover and leave to rest. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Skewer the cubes, alternating red onion, peppers, and bay leaves with meat.

In a small bowl, mix the Flavour Bombs with oil.

Grill the prepared skewers over hot coals until halfway done, then brush with the Flavour Bomb and oil mixture and braai until done.

Serve warm.
