Peri-Peri Prawns

A pan of saucy peri-peri prawns are the ultimate indulgence – served with crusty bread to mop up the delicious sauce.

You Will Need:

Method:

Mix the Flavour Bomb sachets with 2 T (30 ml) oil.

Heat 1 T (15 ml) oil in a large frying pan over a high heat.

Add the unseasoned prawns and pan fry until just done, then add the Flavour Bomb mixture.

Stir to coat the prawns with the Flavour Bomb mixture and add the cream.

Stir until the sauce comes to a light simmer, then remove the prawns to a plate and serve with the pan juices.

Serve with savoury rice.
